Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst – Identity Access Management

Safeguard digital identities by designing, implementing, and operating identity and access management programs across the enterprise. Own access governance and identity lifecycle automation, administer IAM platforms (including Entra ID/Azure AD and CyberArk), and support authentication protocols such as SSO, MFA, SAML, and OAuth. Lead access reviews and audit monitoring for compliance (e.g., PCI/GDPR), improve observability, manage incidents, and drive migrations to AWS in support of the data center exit strategy.
