Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct operational activities for receipt, processing, and shipment of vehicles, equipment, and repair parts returned by Army units.
  • •Develop and manage shipment schedules, adjusting timelines to prevent bottlenecks during high-volume operations.
  • •Review, validate, and authorize shipping/receiving documents (including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149, bills of lading, TCMDs, and load plans).
  • •Audit and reconcile movement data in TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, and DPAS to ensure compliance and accuracy, and maintain shipping/receiving log oversight for audit readiness.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for transportation-related issues, resolve discrepancies independently, and prepare daily/weekly movement status reports and performance improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience (Army contractor or military environment strongly preferred).
  • •Prior experience with Army turn-in or SSA operations is highly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of required Army regulations including AR 55-355, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Familiarity with Army systems including TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
