Sr. Finance Analyst, Client Incentives Operations

Oversee the execution and optimization of client incentive programs in Asia Pacific, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, US GAAP, and local tax requirements. Manage accounting and reporting for incentive agreements, review contracts for appropriate financial treatment, and monitor performance. Improve and automate finance processes (including journal entries and reconciliations) using tools like Power BI and GenAI, while partnering cross-functionally to drive quality, controls, and faster turnaround times.
