Senior Executive (HR Business Partner)

Partner with leadership to help set annual objectives and define HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets. Own manpower planning for operations recruitment and manage exit interview collection and validation, driving corrective actions based on turnover and attraction analysis. Coordinate onsite visits and area meetings for offsite/offline activities, handle related conflicts, and cascade updates from top management to middle management. Build strong relationships with employees across all levels.
