Job Summary

Own instashop’s retention and engagement lifecycle by designing and scaling end-to-end customer journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, and loyalty. Serve as the Braze product owner to deliver personalized, multi-channel messaging (push, in-app, email, SMS) using segmentation and data hygiene/compliance practices. Optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing and deliver weekly and monthly retention performance reporting, while partnering with Brand, Commercial, and Performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and own the end-to-end customer journey map with automated triggers for onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, and loyalty.
•Act as the internal super-user and product owner for Braze, leveraging push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
•Build dynamic customer segments using user behavior and purchase history to deliver personalized content that drives LTV.
•Oversee customer database hygiene and ensure compliance with regional data regulations, coordinating with product/engineering for accurate CRM data flow.
•Run continuous A/B tests and produce weekly/monthly reporting on retention metrics such as retention rate, churn rate, frequency, and repeat purchase rate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•4+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation (preferably with Braze), with a track record of successful campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or technology.
•Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
•Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and ability to ensure compliance when managing customer databases.
•Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
