Join the SAP Operations team as a Senior SAP Basis Specialist, providing expert administration and support for SAP Basis environments. Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert administration and support for SAP Basis environments, including SAP housekeeping and scheduled job administration.
•Maintain and optimize SAP system parameters, backup and restore strategies, and satellite systems; monitor systems and proactively identify issues.
•Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, events, and problems; implement changes and perform root cause analysis with preventive recommendations.
•Execute system refreshes and client copies; perform SAP Kernel upgrades and related patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
•Act as primary technical SPOC for customers, collaborate with teams/vendors, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior team members when required.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience across multiple SAP landscapes.
•Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA, including installations, upgrades, kernel maintenance, and system refreshes.
•Expertise in backup and recovery procedures, RFC administration/troubleshooting, and transport management.
•Knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery concepts.
•Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes, with customer-facing exposure in managed services/outsourcing preferred.
