Build and evolve “one-click” frontend workflows for lead generation and order submission across Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty. Migrate legacy UI components into Compass’s integrated platform without disrupting attach metrics, and collaborate with backend engineers to integrate internal APIs and third-party partners. Tackle complex UI state, multi-tenancy rules, and validations while driving frontend best practices, accessibility, performance, and testing with modern CI/CD.

•Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
•Experience integrating complex frontend apps with backend microservices via gRPC and using frontend testing tools such as Jest or Cypress.
