Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the software product lifecycle and commercial strategy for Mobile Apps within Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC), integrating the Software Business Model and PDLM deliverables such as feature descriptions, value propositions, and pricing.
  • •Lead product and solution development, preparing business cases for new value creation and coordinating pricing across product lines to ensure profitable growth and sustainable margins.
  • •Develop customer-centric value propositions and user/business requirements for new features; partner with R&D and UX, Med Office and cross-functional teams to translate pain points into actionable solutions.
  • •Lead global go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, launch planning, and training content development; collaborate with Global Marketing and regional teams to tailor messaging and manage key partnerships.
  • •Monitor post-launch product performance, drive adoption and retention across markets, and establish/track metrics (Monetization, ARR/MRR, NRR, retention, adoption, NPS, time-to-value) to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in product or solutions innovation, business management, or product management within telehealth, medical devices, or regulated healthcare information systems
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field; MBA preferred
  • •ability to travel up to 25%
