•Serve as the single point of technical accountability for end-to-end system delivery across experiences and platforms.
•Own system-level technical decisions, trade-offs, and integration strategies.
•Ensure alignment between product vision, user needs, and technical execution.
•Partner with Product Management and Research to elicit and refine user and business needs; translate user needs into clear, testable, and traceable system requirements; maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
•Lead development of system architecture, defining key interfaces, dependencies, and integration points.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,200 - 254,650 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Computer, Software, or related field).
•10+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform development, or complex product delivery.

•Strong understanding of requirements development, system decomposition, and verification/validation processes.
•Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary systems from concept to launch.
