Job Summary

Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations on a shift basis, ensuring safety, security, regulatory compliance, and high standards for passenger and aircraft handling. Oversee emergency response planning, disruption/delay handling, and on-time performance, while coordinating with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC. Manage station safety/security outcomes, coordinate special guest/VIP requirements, monitor customer service KPIs, and ensure adherence to local authority documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage safety and security outcomes on a shift basis through hazard identification and safety/compliance monitoring and reporting.
•Coordinate flight editing and special guest requirements, including assessment, planning, and coordination of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests.
•Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery and reduce impact to guest service and operational integrity.
•Deliver and rehearse station emergency response and business continuity plans, including disruption planning and diversion/delay handling.

Key Requirements

•Degree-level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience with frontline service delivery and communication skills.
•Experience in a supervisory role within a shift environment in a highly pressured, multicultural setting.
•Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with knowledge of aviation/travel industry and/or airport policies.
•Mature personality with outstanding communication and supervisory skills, and passion for delivering service.
•Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate interests while maintaining safety and security standards and coordinating teams and service providers on shift.
