Key Responsibilities

•Build and mentor a content team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and delegating end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
•Define content strategy and maintain a rolling editorial calendar aligned with product launches and developer needs.
•Lead flagship thought leadership initiatives such as the State of Agents report, producing authoritative, data-driven content.
•Own blog performance and organic growth by tracking traffic, engagement, and conversion, then iterating based on results.
•Set editorial quality standards and scalable workflows, and expand SEO/AEO investments in collaboration with an SEO agency.
