Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a finance or controlling function in an insurance company, including knowledge of life insurance and accounting under HGB and IFRS.
  • •Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills with a goal- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • •Experience with management information and planning systems, plus good knowledge of Office 365 and strong interest in AI.
  • •Completed degree in economics or mathematics, ideally with actuarial background knowledge.
  • •Ability to manage planning and steering processes, including model/method/tool maintenance and cross-department coordination.
