Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support and training for enterprise business applications including Maximo, SiteView, WellView, ProdView, and Power BI.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and service requests.
  • •Monitor application performance and escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors.
  • •Develop and maintain Power BI solutions, including data validation and quality checks.
  • •Assist with SQL-based data extraction and analysis, support application enhancements/testing/release, and help with integrations and process automation using Power Automate/workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-op an asset).
  • •Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software/Computer/Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • •Experience writing/using SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot data.
  • •Experience with Power BI (or similar reporting tools) and data modeling.
