Key Responsibilities

  • •Educate and recruit strategic accounts and lab partners to adopt Natera’s women’s health test portfolio.
  • •Become a subject matter expert and represent Natera to KOL physicians, medical directors, hospital administrators, lab directors, and partner lab senior management.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships across OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs through educational opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools that drive growth for women’s health products.
  • •Formulate and execute business plans aligned to sales goals, coordinating regional strategies and partnering with the Clinical Field Specialist team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • •3+ years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably genetics laboratory.
  • •3+ years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in diagnostic laboratory field.
  • •Proven success developing new markets, launching products, and rapidly increasing revenue.
  • •Strong ability to manage complex internal/external situations and apply coaching, time-management, and strategic planning skills.
