Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure timely material supply to production and accurate finished goods delivery. Oversee FIFO, SOP compliance, 5S activities, and safety/EHS standards across warehouse areas. Manage cycle counts and stock takes with high accuracy, maintain warehouse documentation, and support internal reporting for quality returns and monthly shipping to meet billing cut-offs. Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to resolve issues and perform additional manager-assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily warehouse team activities to prevent late or missing materials to production and handle related issues.
•Ensure FIFO and strict adherence to SOPs, including proper organization and identification of raw materials and control areas.
•Manage finished goods (FG) delivery activities accurately to avoid mistakes such as wrong customer or wrong sales order.
•Plan and run daily/weekly cycle counts and stock takes, reporting issues to supervisors/managers for resolution.
•Maintain warehouse documentation and comply with company policies, and execute safety/environment requirements including 5S and Near Miss implementation.
