Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships and maintain contacts with distributors and asset management companies to accelerate adoption of Blackstone investment solutions in Japan.
  • •Understand and articulate Blackstone products (fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, performance) to external distributors and internal senior management.
  • •Lead promotion activities by conducting teach-in sessions and end-client seminars for distributors (in-branch or online).
  • •Support asset growth by ensuring persistent client asset growth through the product lifecycle and by handling inbound inquiries.
  • •Collaborate with professionals across Blackstone (investments, legal/compliance, finance, etc.) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth client services.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Professional working experience in financial services industry (asset management, wealth management or alternatives industry preferred, but not mandatory).
  • •Great presentation skills externally for distributors and end-clients, and internally involving senior management.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • •Demonstrate passion for capital markets, alternative investments, and retail/high-net-worth businesses in Japan.
