Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships and maintain contacts with distributors and asset management companies to accelerate adoption of Blackstone investment solutions in Japan.
•Understand and articulate Blackstone products (fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, performance) to external distributors and internal senior management.
•Lead promotion activities by conducting teach-in sessions and end-client seminars for distributors (in-branch or online).
•Support asset growth by ensuring persistent client asset growth through the product lifecycle and by handling inbound inquiries.
•Collaborate with professionals across Blackstone (investments, legal/compliance, finance, etc.) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth client services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Professional working experience in financial services industry (asset management, wealth management or alternatives industry preferred, but not mandatory).
•Great presentation skills externally for distributors and end-clients, and internally involving senior management.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
•Demonstrate passion for capital markets, alternative investments, and retail/high-net-worth businesses in Japan.
