•Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies to meet targets.
•Drive collections for your assigned cluster by monitoring KPIs such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets.
•Own portfolio delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments within the cluster, implementing strategies to control roll rates.
•Develop and execute collections strategies for overdue accounts by analyzing data and portfolio health to improve effectiveness.
•Ensure strict adherence to collections processes/SOPs and internal policies, and conduct daily monitoring and regular performance reporting.
