Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic analytics partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, framing high-impact questions and defining success measures.
  • •Define metrics and measurement frameworks across acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
  • •Design and analyze experiments and evaluations, including guardrail metrics and choosing appropriate analytical approaches.
  • •Partner on instrumentation and measurement plans so new products and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
  • •Build and maintain dbt models and semantic/context layers with Analytics Engineering to create trusted datasets for decision-making.
