•Support communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
•Assist Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the design of commercial and HR store strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs and energize the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns).

Key Requirements

•Experience of at least 3/4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational Retail contexts.
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs, confidence with budget management, analysis and daily reporting.
•Strong predisposition to manage a team, guiding it towards objectives and fostering a virtuous team spirit.
•Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
•Warehouse management ensuring correct stock levels within product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
