Lead Boomi’s global corporate tax function, developing and executing tax strategies, ensuring compliance across domestic and international subsidiaries, and optimizing the company’s tax position to support growth. Oversee tax planning, forecasting, provision, and strategic initiatives (M&A, restructurings, international expansion) while coordinating with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, HR, and Operations. Manage external advisors and drive tax automation.
