Quantity Surveyor

Support commercial management for Building Supervision projects in Dubai by assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting. You’ll measure and value construction works for payment certification, review contractor payment applications, evaluate variations and contractual claims, and maintain records of site instructions and variation orders. The role includes preparing cost reports and supporting final accounts, while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
