Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional support and training for Copilot experiences across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
  • •Triage and route user issues related to access, licensing, recommended behavior within guidelines, agent discovery, content quality, permissions, and support routing.
  • •Support enablement for teams adopting Copilot and agents, including champion networks, community sessions, and targeted training.
  • •Support solution enablement by guiding use case definition, knowledge source readiness, testing, ownership, publishing readiness, and post-launch expectations.
  • •Create enablement materials (job aids, FAQs, examples, Teams posts, newsletters, training content) and reinforce responsible AI, privacy, and governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium, Copilot Chat, and Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 apps.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio agent) and related agent concepts.
  • •Experience enabling business-user adoption through training, communications, and organizational transitions or technology support.
  • •Familiarity with agent lifecycle concepts including grounding, knowledge sources, testing, ownership, publishing readiness, and post-launch support.
  • •Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, adoption/change management, or security/compliance.
