Support customers and sales associates by helping determine the best products and solutions for Waterworks projects. Prepare timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate customer deliveries, and handle inbound sales calls with a focus on resolving questions and concerns. Train and work across the warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter, while using CRM and phone systems to deliver responsive service and effective upselling.
