Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate store activities daily, weekly, and monthly, assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines and priorities.
  • •Manage sales associates’ work shifts and supervise performance through feedback and sales support.
  • •Drive sales and customer service excellence across online and offline channels, including handling complaints, refunds, stock, shipments, and payments.
  • •Manage retail operations: store budget, delivered product handling, inventory activities, stock checks, cash flows, and reporting.
  • •Oversee visual merchandising, POS/merchandising campaigns, and maintain store cleanliness, maintenance, equipment, and overall image while ensuring policy compliance.
