•Repair: Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function; lubricate and test equipment.
•Serve: Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business; collect payments and document each job.
•Collaborate: Work alongside the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth job handoffs.
•Succeed: Maintain tools and equipment as part of the field role and uphold safety standards on-site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually

•Valid driver's license (3+ years driving record)
