Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams.
  • •Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
  • •Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, including AS-IS/TO-BE gap and impact analysis.
  • •Participate in UAT planning/execution and defect management and support change management activities including documentation and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • •Experience developing digital banking applications.
  • •Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations.
  • •Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects.
  • •Knowledge of requirements management/documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
