Business Analyst with Agile (Audit)

Support the delivery of banking-sector strategic initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT, translating needs into clear specifications and conducting AS-IS/TO-BE gap and impact analyses. Participate in regulatory alignment (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel), support UAT planning and defect management, and help with change management, documentation, and training materials in a hybrid environment.
