Job Summary

Own onboarding, implementation, and growth for Pro & Marketplace partners, acting as the primary contact and guiding adoption to expand the home services supply. Manage renewals for supply partners, support the partnership ecosystem to drive net new revenue through lead generation and integration adoption, and enable co-selling/co-marketing. Set partner goals and KPIs, resolve issues, provide API/integration guidance, and collaborate cross-functionally on GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for Pro and Marketplace partners with accountability for partner growth and success.
•Own the renewal process for supply partners, including contracts and upselling.
•Support the partnership program and ecosystem by increasing partner value and driving net new revenue through lead generation, brand awareness, and integration adoption.
•Enable co-selling and co-marketing initiatives, including partner and internal sales training for win/win strategies.
•Manage partner relationships by setting strategic goals, KPIs, and initiatives; provide API and integration guidance; and work cross-functionally to drive GTM strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer success, sales, or similar customer-facing roles (preferably with SaaS and/or Enterprise customers).
•Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
•Experience managing a portfolio of accounts that met or exceeded quota or defined KPIs.
•Salesforce or similar CRM experience is required.
•Technology enthusiasm and ability to manage, utilize, and prioritize time effectively.
