Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and the strategic partner for hiring teams, owning the end-to-end interview journey.
  • •Independently shape communication approaches and set clear expectations to ensure transparent, professional, on-brand interactions.
  • •Architect interview processes across time zones and platforms, recommending structures and formats to align hiring teams.
  • •Coordinate onsite readiness and manage candidate travel and onsite details, including technology and hospitality planning.
  • •Uphold confidentiality and compliance, maintain clear process guidelines and escalation paths, and resolve stakeholder conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, guest relations, or a similar role within Human Resources or Hospitality.
  • •Ability to make autonomous decisions based on established processes and protocols.

  • •Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus scheduling-tool proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite; ATS experience preferred.
