Key Responsibilities

•Tariff Policy & Governance: Direct the execution and evaluation of all port pricing and tariff policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead the development of tariff policies, processes, and guidelines.
•Tariff Framework Management: Oversee the unified maximum tariff ceilings, manage annual CPI and general tariff increases, and govern the Tariff Review Panel.
•Benchmarking & Competitiveness: Lead annual tariff benchmarking exercises against local, regional, and international ports. Analyze market trends and ensure the competitiveness of AD Ports Group’s tariff structures.
•Tariff Review & Approvals: Manage the receipt and technical review of all tariff applications and Tariff Exemption Requests (TERs) from AD Ports Clusters. Act as the primary liaison with the Investment Committee (IC) for tariff-related matters.
•Concession Oversight: Provide robust oversight of concession tariffs to ensure compliance and alignment with agreements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any relevant field.
•8-10 years of relevant experience in pricing, tariff management, or economic policy.

•Strong understanding of port operations and the maritime industry.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
