Responsible for HR systems administration, governance and analytics to transform people data into actionable insights. Collaborates with HR leaders and IT/vendors to implement HR tech, enhance data quality, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day to day administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems
•HR Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and timely system updates
•Data Analysis & Insights: Convert complex data into executive friendly visualizations, develop dashboards and reports
•Issue Management & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of support for system issues and coordinate solutions with IT or vendors
•Work with external vendors, consultants, and internal teams on support tickets, enhancements, and projects

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
•Minimum 3 years in HRIS implementation
•Proven experience creating and implementing HR technology solutions
•Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and/or SQL
•Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting & Query Tools is an advantage
