Architect and implement AI and machine learning systems that solve business challenges across the bank. Lead development of generative and agentic AI approaches, including evaluation frameworks for performance, hallucination detection, and output quality. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement AI/ML systems that address business challenges and deliver measurable value.
•Research, test, and apply generative AI models and build agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool use.
•Create evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, detect hallucinations, and ensure output quality.
•Extract insights from complex datasets, translate business needs into analytical problems, and design statistically valid experiments.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives by partnering with engineering, cloud, data, compliance, and security teams to integrate and deploy compliant AI solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
•6+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments.
•Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity with JavaScript and SQL.
•Expertise in generative AI including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation frameworks, tool integration, and agentic system design.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex) and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
