Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer will mentor and build engineering teams delivering production software for 5 digital products under DIP, driving engineering excellence and timely delivery. You’ll mentor juniors, collaborate with product teams on roadmaps, and apply expertise in IaaS/PaaS, Linux/Windows administration, networking and databases, primarily on Azure to scale engineering capabilities and improve software quality.

•Build with quality, on time, and on schedule in full alignment with digital products roadmaps.
•Drive Engineering Excellence by implementing best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
•Develop the team through technical coaching and mentorship of junior engineers.
•Seamlessly collaborate with Product Teams and Business Partners to ensure alignment and successful product roadmap delivery.
•Lead initiatives to optimize operations and improve software quality across 5 digital products.

Key Requirements

•Production software development experience in delivering production software.
•Technical communication to stakeholders, business partners, and product/project managers.
•Cloud-native development experience on Microsoft Azure.
•Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and working in a Platform Engineering environment.
•Familiarity with Product Management and Agile Delivery.
