Lead Professional Services sales for MongoDB, coordinating across Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success to scope, negotiate and close engagements that accelerate MongoDB adoption. Own deals from inception to closure, manage regional PS pipeline and revenue forecasts, articulate business value of services, and develop repeatable assets to scale delivery through cross-functional teams in a hybrid Seoul-based role.
