Job Summary

Lead the innovation and value-acceleration strategy for the A220 program, managing the innovation funnel and transforming end-to-end business workflows into autonomous process orchestration. You will steer agentic AI transition, guide agile innovation squads, and align technology and business roadmaps to budgets and delivery milestones. Partner with technology suppliers and internal adoption teams to ensure governance, human-in-the-loop accountability, and measurable operational efficiency gains through 2030.

•Direct the organizational transition toward an agentic operating model across core workflows.
•Mobilize and empower agile innovation squads to redesign end-to-end workflows, shifting from manual execution to autonomous orchestration.
•Govern multi-agent interaction and oversight frameworks to prevent conflicts, detect behavioral drift, and maintain operational trust and safety.

•Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI, including designing, deploying, or leading autonomous process orchestration capabilities for business value.
•Advanced mastery of end-to-end business process re-engineering (BPR) and change leadership in highly structured corporate environments.
•Professional bilingualism in English and French to communicate complex innovation strategies and mobilize multi-disciplinary teams.
