  • •Co-architect and steer the value acceleration strategy, leading strategic management of the innovation funnel.
  • •Translate business and technology strategies into operational and finance-aligned roadmaps, ensuring complex re-engineering delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Direct the organizational transition toward an agentic operating model across core workflows.
  • •Mobilize and empower agile innovation squads to redesign end-to-end workflows, shifting from manual execution to autonomous orchestration.
  • •Govern multi-agent interaction and oversight frameworks to prevent conflicts, detect behavioral drift, and maintain operational trust and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related transformation field.
  • •Proven strategic experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and end-to-end process engineering in complex global manufacturing environments (aerospace preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI, including designing, deploying, or leading autonomous process orchestration capabilities for business value.
  • •Advanced mastery of end-to-end business process re-engineering (BPR) and change leadership in highly structured corporate environments.
  • •Professional bilingualism in English and French to communicate complex innovation strategies and mobilize multi-disciplinary teams.
