Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations and develop improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement, new product support, and other process improvements.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time and support continuous production flow in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Identify systematic process and equipment problems, communicate findings to engineering, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp by executing equipment/process startup and running process experiments (SWRs).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,500 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in a Semiconductor environment or related.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
