Technical Application Specialist

Prepare, install, and apply construction systems and materials at customer sites while ensuring correct surface preparation, mixing, handling, and installation. Deliver product samples and application trainings to customers, contractors, and applicators, and participate in train-the-trainer sessions to maintain expertise. Monitor application quality and compliance with technical standards, perform on-site adjustments, identify issues, and provide troubleshooting support in collaboration with Sales and Technical Service.
