Manager – Financial Reporting and Compliance

Own key accounting and compliance activities for the group, including preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS and supporting quarterly results and regulatory disclosures. Coordinate limited reviews and statutory audits with auditors, maintain related-party transaction schedules and audit-committee materials under Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR, and ensure timely reporting through cross-team coordination. Use Excel for schedules, MIS, analysis, and audit workings while improving compliance processes.
