Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • •Support preparation and review of quarterly results and related regulatory disclosures.
  • •Coordinate limited review and statutory audit processes with statutory and internal auditors by providing required schedules and workings.
  • •Maintain and prepare related party transaction schedules, disclosures, and reports under Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR; prepare audit-committee presentations quarterly.
  • •Use Excel to produce financial schedules, MIS reports, data analysis, and audit workings, and help improve compliance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting or audit, or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–6 years of experience.
  • •Sound knowledge of Ind AS and its practical application in financial statement preparation.
  • •Experience supporting statutory/limited review audits and responding to audit queries.
  • •Familiarity with consolidation accounting and related-party reporting, including related party disclosures.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data management).
