Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational performance for assigned clients and deliver against contractual performance standards and operational metrics.
  • •Plan, schedule, and manage projects, including capacity/utilization management and task delegation to achieve objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans, governance, and communication frameworks for consistent progress reporting.
  • •Manage project budgets and negotiate resource time with leadership to establish baselines aligned to scope, results, and quality measures.
  • •Identify risks and operational improvements, manage change control, and coordinate mitigation and corrective action with subject matter experts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years managing implementation, transformation, or complex solution delivery projects, including external client governance and executive reporting.
  • •PMP certification (or similar project management certification/designation).
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or a related combination.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet, plus SharePoint (site architecture, document libraries, version control, and permissions).
  • •French/English bilingualism required for frequent client and stakeholder interactions in Quebec and other regions.
