Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee mineral resource modeling activities for the Hermosa Project, delivering resource models and Mineral Resource estimates.
  • •Maintain data integrity and apply industry best practices in resource estimation.
  • •Define the mineral inventory and resource base and ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met.
  • •Provide geoscientific expertise to operations and other functions as required by the business.
  • •Undertake timely reporting and declaration of Mineral Resources, supporting accurate resource evaluation and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or higher in Geology (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 15 years of geology experience, including resource geology and exploration and mine geology.
  • •Experience acting as a Mineral Resource Competent Person (or equivalent).
  • •Advanced understanding of exploration and mine geology principles, including sampling, sampling theory, and drilling techniques.
  • •Advanced understanding of exploratory data analysis, geostatistics, resource modeling and estimation, with strong knowledge of the JORC code.
