Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
  • •Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows.
  • •Work with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
  • •Contribute to client delivery and continuously build commercial and legal expertise over time.
  • •Progress toward qualification as a practicing legal professional while supporting client account ownership.
