Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule service appointments and obtain customer/vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
  • •Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and provide complete, accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
  • •Establish and manage promised time, check repair progress throughout the day, and communicate estimate/promise-time changes while explaining costs and getting authorization for additional repairs.
  • •Test-drive the vehicle or coordinate with the test technician as necessary.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction standards and advise customers on vehicle care and the value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturer specifications while following safety policies and applicable regulations.
