Job Summary

Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for technical and cyber vacancies across BAE Systems contracts in Qatar. Own live requisition loads at pace by running direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to engage passive talent. Serve as the trusted point of contact to hiring managers with proactive pipeline risk and market-condition updates, while screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers within rate-card and margin constraints. Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned technical vacancies across BAE Systems contracts.
•Build and run direct sourcing strategies including headhunting, market mapping, networking, and referrals to engage passive technical talent.
•Act as the primary trusted contact for hiring managers with proactive, honest updates on progress, pipeline risk, and market conditions.
•Screen and assess candidates against technical and competency-based criteria, coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience.
•Support offer negotiation, security clearance/vetting coordination, onboarding, and mobilization while maintaining accurate recruitment records in Zoho Recruit.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience within IT, cyber security, or related technical disciplines.
•Proven ability to source and place mid-to-senior technical/cyber professionals using direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping.
•Experience working with government, defense, or other regulated/security-conscious client environments.
•Comfort working with rate cards, margin structures, and commercial data, including negotiating candidate offers within fixed margin/rate frameworks.
•Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management for managing hiring manager relationships.
