Job Summary

Provide business-oriented legal counsel for Americas commercial transactions as part of the Commercial Legal team. Draft, review, and negotiate software license, master services, reseller/distribution, data processing, and marketing/advertising agreements. Partner with Sales, Partners, Finance, and Deal Desk on operational support, drive legal process initiatives, and conduct legal research. Support additional areas including employment, disputes, intellectual property, and cyber incident response.

•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including software license/MSAs, reseller/distribution agreements, data processing agreements, and marketing/advertising arrangements.
•Partner cross-functionally with Global Sales, Partners, Finance, and Deal Desk to provide timely, practical, scalable legal support.
•Support and drive legal team initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and improving processes as the company scales.
•Conduct legal research and provide guidance on a variety of legal issues.
•Provide additional legal support across areas including employment matters, disputes, intellectual property, and cyber incident response.

Travel: Low travel

•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
