•Drive project delivery excellence to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results across multidisciplinary teams.
•Collaborate with Energy Sector teams across Europe and interact with national and international stakeholders.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing technical and economic proposals for tenders in coordination with management.
•Attract new talent and lead strategic and senior recruitment while promoting staff engagement and retention.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in engineering (preferably in Energy, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering) and registration with the Order of Engineers.
•At least 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including renewable energy production, energy transport and distribution, and storage systems, with business development experience.
•Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
•In-depth knowledge of the Italian market, including authorization processes, grid connections, and incentive mechanisms.
•Excellent leadership skills, team management, and results orientation.
