Key Responsibilities

•Architect GTM strategy by partnering with executive leadership to formulate and communicate comprehensive strategies across all sales channels, geographies, and segments.
•Lead strategic projects including sales performance optimization, funnel conversion analysis, and GTM strategies for new markets and verticals.
•Influence senior-level decisions by creating data-backed narratives that drive real business change beyond simple analytics.
•Drive market expansion by evaluating global opportunities to determine where to sell, which channels to prioritize, and how to allocate resources for maximum impact.
•Build and scale cross-functional processes with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure new systems and workflows scale with Snowflake’s vision.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 225,700 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, and operations; management consulting or high-growth Enterprise SaaS backgrounds preferred
•Deep understanding of the B2B technology lifecycle, including sales cycles, marketing attribution, and customer success metrics
•High proficiency with Generative AI and LLMs to automate workflows, enhance data storytelling, and derive predictive insights for GTM strategy
•Intermediate to Advanced SQL proficiency to query complex datasets, plus expert-level Excel skills for data manipulation and visualization
•Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or quantitative discipline; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
