Job Summary

Lead an operations unit in Capital One Philippines by supervising a team handling consults, inbound/outbound cases, chat, and escalations. Drive improvements in skills and customer experience through coaching, performance reviews, audits, and process improvement. Champion adoption of new technologies, including Generative AI, to optimize operations and outcomes, while partnering across Workforce, Operations, and supporting functions to maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide sub-functional leadership, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and talent development for a team of associates.
•Conduct scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, escalating/mitigating as necessary.
•Drive operational performance through periodic performance reviews using performance and business trends/results.
•Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve process and customer service delivery, including piloting and integrating new technological solutions such as Generative AI.
•Manage people leader operational routines (e.g., volume projection, capacity planning, approvals, schedule adherence) and inspect data accuracy on team reporting.

Key Requirements

•Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience.
•18 months of experience in a call center operations environment.
•Knowledge of call center business processes.
•Analytical skills to make decisions and evaluate performance.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with aptitude for rapidly learning and applying new technologies and analytical tools (including Generative AI).
