Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze MRP daily to determine raw material requirements, bulk material levels, and weekly catalyst inventories.
  • •Purchase raw materials for poly units, including call-off releases, spot POs, and issuing requisitions to corporate Procurement.
  • •Manage inbound schedules and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery; reconcile physical month-end inventories and make SAP adjustments.
  • •Serve as the Site Hazardous Material Coordinator, ensuring hazardous materials are prepared for shipping per applicable regulations.
  • •Conduct quality review of certificates of analysis and participate in customer, supplier, and FRA audits as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant operations environment, with experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or vendor relations preferred.
  • •Certified in 49 CFR Regulations (Parts 100-185) and ensure hazardous materials are properly prepared for shipping.
  • •Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of inventory, materials management, purchasing, production, and inventory planning.
