Key Responsibilities

  • •Track time and cost spent in R&D across various business units, corporate initiatives, and alignment to strategic priorities (budgeting & forecasting)
  • •Monitor and analyze R&D resource deployment and trends; present findings to executives and senior leaders via dashboards and presentations
  • •Build and maintain labor/financial models linking individual effort to rollup financials
  • •Develop critical business-case inputs for planning and investment decisions
  • •Liaise with Technical Accounting and Fixed Assets to ensure proper treatment and documentation of capital projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
