Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex diaries for two or more senior leaders across multiple locations and time zones, protecting time for key work.
  • •Secure internal/external meeting rooms, register guests with reception, and coordinate logistics for preparedness before meetings.
  • •Research and book comprehensive travel and accommodation, manage visa applications, and arrange courier services as needed.
  • •Process expenses and invoices in line with company policies; support email inbox management and Workday approvals and other system tasks.
  • •Organise team events and offsites and maintain/update key document repositories, including shared drives and Confluence pages.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,500 - 3,100 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant, ideally in a high-growth, global company.
  • •Strong ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including visas.
  • •Experience processing expenses and managing invoices with a high regard for policy compliance.
  • •Expertise with Google Suite (or similar) and collaboration tools, with the ability to keep digital document repositories organised.
  • •Comfort learning new procedures quickly, handling unexpected changes, and delivering well-organised, error-free work.
