Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a Bengaluru-based engineering team focused on AI-native developer productivity, infrastructure, and engineering acceleration.
  • •Mentor engineers, review designs, guide architecture, and raise the bar for quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • •Own delivery of initiatives improving developer experience and engineering velocity across the organization.
  • •Build systems to improve turnaround time, including faster builds, lower queue latency, shorter test cycles, flaky-test management, and failure diagnosis.
  • •Evaluate and adopt development tools and workflows, integrate them into day-to-day engineering, and run incident management/war rooms for critical infrastructure issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Deeply focused on improving developer productivity and reducing friction across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Proven track record building tools and infrastructure that improve engineering velocity, reliability, and developer experience.
  • •Deep experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and/or developer tooling in large monorepo environments.
  • •Strong programming ability in Python or similar systems-oriented languages.
  • •Engineering leadership experience as an engineering manager, tech lead, or tech lead manager, including hiring and team growth.
